Website Content
The client is responsible for ensuring that submitted content, images, product information, and business claims are accurate and legally allowed to be used.

Ownership
After full payment, the client owns the final approved website files or project deliverables, unless otherwise agreed. Key Holder Digital may retain rights to reusable code patterns, general methods, and internal development tools.
Portfolio Use
Key Holder Digital may display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests privacy before the project begins.
Maintenance and Support
Post-launch support depends on the agreed package. Ongoing maintenance may require a separate agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Key Holder Digital is not responsible for business losses, downtime caused by third-party providers, payment gateway issues, hosting issues, or problems caused by changes made by others after delivery.
