Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the basic rules for using this website and working with Key Holder Digital. By using this website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Key Holder Digital provides website design, development, redesign, maintenance, e-commerce development, full-stack development, and related digital services.

Project Requests

Submitting a form does not automatically create a contract. A project begins only after discussion, agreement, payment terms, and project scope are confirmed.

Quotations and Pricing

Prices depend on project scope, features, timeline, content, integrations, and complexity. Starting prices shown on the website are guides and may change based on requirements.

Payments

Projects may require an initial deposit before work begins. Remaining payment terms will be agreed before project start. Work may pause if agreed payments are delayed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients may need to provide logo, brand assets, website content, images, product details, business information, and access to domain, hosting, or third-party tools where needed. Delays in providing materials may affect project timeline.

Revisions

Projects may include reasonable revisions based on the agreed scope. Major changes outside the original scope may require additional cost.

Project Timeline

Timelines depend on project size, client response time, content readiness, and technical requirements. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless clearly agreed in writing.

Website Content

The client is responsible for ensuring that submitted content, images, product information, and business claims are accurate and legally allowed to be used.

Third-Party Tools

Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment gateways, email tools, plugins, or APIs. The client may be responsible for third-party costs.

Ownership

After full payment, the client owns the final approved website files or project deliverables, unless otherwise agreed. Key Holder Digital may retain rights to reusable code patterns, general methods, and internal development tools.

Portfolio Use

Key Holder Digital may display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests privacy before the project begins.

Maintenance and Support

Post-launch support depends on the agreed package. Ongoing maintenance may require a separate agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Key Holder Digital is not responsible for business losses, downtime caused by third-party providers, payment gateway issues, hosting issues, or problems caused by changes made by others after delivery.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when needed.
